More Than 300 Million People affected worldwide by Depression

Following International Happiness Day WHO highlights a disorder that affects million worldwide. According to the latest survey of world health organization (WHO). 80% of Individuals with depression are untreated, that is 5 percent of the world total population suffer from depression.  The 8 percent of young adults between 18 to 22 reported a major depressive episode (Between 2008 – 2010).

Physical Symptoms:

  1. Insomnia
  2. Fatigue
  3. Lack of appetite
  4. weight loss or gain
  5. lack of concentration
  6. unexplained aches and pains

Behavioural Symptoms:

  1. Irrational Irritably,
  2. Anxiety and Anger,
  3. Fixation on previous Mistakes,
  4. Loss of interest in favorite activities
